Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 3 April 2026. Responsible organization: Vrizelonnriz Inc., Ontario.

Commitment: We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA criteria where feasible for pages we control, and to align with the spirit of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) Customer Service and Integrated Accessibility Standards where they apply to our public communications.

Measures we take

We build pages with semantic HTML, keyboard focus styles, text alternatives for meaningful images, descriptive link text, and responsive layouts. Animated motion respects prefers-reduced-motion. Forms label controls programmatically and surface validation messages.

Known limitations

Embedded third-party maps may not offer the same keyboard or screen reader experience as the rest of the site. If a map blocks access to essential information (for example our civic address), the same details appear as plain text on the Contact page and in the footer.

Feedback and alternate formats

Please tell us about barriers you encounter so we can try to resolve them or provide an alternate format within a reasonable time.

Formal escalation

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Accessibility Directorate of Ontario or, for federally regulated matters consult the Accessible Canada Act resources. We remain a provincially oriented small publisher; escalation paths depend on your situation.
